Fiji, the Netherlands, Samoa, Spain, and Brazil (who qualified through competing in the Women's Rugby World Cup 2025) are welcomed to Hong Kong for a festival of rugby comprising nine matches spread over three weekends.
Results on the WXV Global Series will help shape the qualification pathway to the Women's Rugby World Cup 2029 in Australia, with Hong Kong China hoping to return to the biggest stage in world rugby, which they appeared on at the Women's World Cup 2017 in Ireland.
