The BOC Honorary Cup was held for the first time at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (Hong Kong Section). The Secretary for Justice of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Mr. Paul Lam Ting-kwok, the Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism, Miss Rosanna Law, the Secretary for Security, Mr. Tang Ping-keung, and the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr. Erick Tsang Kwok-wai participated as a guest runner for the 2km fun race.
