"FIBA 3x3 World Tour - Hong Kong Masters 2023" (known as FIBA 3x3 Hong Kong Masters 2023" is one of the major sports events supported by the HKSAR Government through the Major Sports Events Committee. This event is the final stop of before the grand final of "FIBA 3x3 World Tour 2023", the highest-level annual 3x3 competition of FIBA. 16 participating teams include the top teams from all over the world and teams from other qualifying events.

The event will be held in a venue with a canopy set up at Victoria Park. There will be various performances to drive the atmosphere, spectators can enjoy and take part in different kind of demonstration, tasting local cuisine, get close to this more exciting and entertaining event than traditional basketball events.

Residents and basketball fans worldwide to enjoy the skills of world-class players on TV sports channels and online broadcasts to share the passionate basketball atmosphere in Hong Kong.

Among the 16 participating teams, 1 team is the champion of 3x3 Hong Kong Quest 2023, which is the highest level 3x3 competition in Hong Kong. Beside the local elite basketball players, public who have reached the entry threshold can form a team to participate Hong Kong Quest for a slot in the "FIBA 3x3 Hong Kong Masters 2023" Qualifying Draw. Thus, "From the Street to the World" is no longer a dream.
